We built Kavopay around the things that go wrong with everyday payments, and what should happen when they do.
Failed purchases go back to your wallet
When an airtime, data or domain purchase does not go through, the money returns to your wallet. You will see it marked as Refunded in your history.
Your PIN stays yours
Transfers, purchases and payments need your transaction PIN, which is separate from your login. Kavopay staff will never ask you for it.
